Matt joined our organization in 2024 after most recently serving as the Director of Planning & Public Safety for Bradford County. Matt has over 15 years of experience working in the public sector on various transportation, community development and project implementation initiatives. He graduated from Mansfield University with a degree in Environmental Science. He is currently a board member of the Bradford County United Way, Bradford County Planning Commission, and the Troy Sale Barn Operating Corporation. He is a past board member of the Endless Mountains Heritage Region.

Matt is an avid golfer and actively involved as coach with Troy Area Youth Soccer Association. He is Troy native who resides in Wells Township with his wife Kelli and their children, Phoenix and Charleigh.
